We started with the premise that when someone passes, their loved ones are left in shock and burdened with the arduous task of fishing through a sea of disorganization and confusion getting their estate together. The Estate Vault acts as a final gift to your loved ones, allowing them to easily understand what is in your estate and how to move forward, reducing an estimated 280 hours plus of work, down to mere minutes.
As we built the Estate Vault, we recognized that it also provides significant value during life, a central, secure online storage all-encompassing solution to keep a complete inventory of your financial and material information, with documentation and contacts, all of which is easily available and accessible. We know you want an amazingly secure solution that allows you to de-stress and have direct access to what you need, when you need, quick.
Our management team is made up of technology and finance professionals. We aren’t kids, we each come with significant and tenured experience. The Electronic Guardian was initially founded by brothers, Mark and David Gorman. After graduating from law and business school, Mark spent 20 years in finance after which he moved into the technology industry, acting as both CEO and advisor for several software providers. David has spent 25 plus years in technology, including application development, architecture and infrastructure and is the driver behind our unique multi-encrypted security protocols. Our management team has continued to expand, ensuring a comprehensive and trusted team of professionals dedicated to the highest level of product and service. We are all doing this with the purpose to make life better for our clients and their loved ones.
