Our management team is made up of technology and finance professionals. We aren’t kids, we each come with significant and tenured experience. The Electronic Guardian was initially founded by brothers, Mark and David Gorman. After graduating from law and business school, Mark spent 20 years in finance after which he moved into the technology industry, acting as both CEO and advisor for several software providers. David has spent 25 plus years in technology, including application development, architecture and infrastructure and is the driver behind our unique multi-encrypted security protocols. Our management team has continued to expand, ensuring a comprehensive and trusted team of professionals dedicated to the highest level of product and service. We are all doing this with the purpose to make life better for our clients and their loved ones.

Setting up your account
Setting up your Electronic Guardian account is simple. Upon review and acceptance of our privacy policy and legal terms, you then provide some basic contact information to establish and activate your account. Once activated, you select your desired plan level and then you are ready to start uploading information into your secure personal Coop.

Share with Confidence
An Information Designee is/are the people who you appoint and choose to receive access to specific pieces of, or all, the information you have included in your vault upon your passing. Your Information Designees will be required to accept the designation and upon the verification of your passing, the specific information you designate for each individual will be made available to them.
